Working Foreman Concrete Production

As a working foreman in concrete production, you will work in a production hall in the Alphen aan den Rijn region, where prefab concrete elements are made. You combine leading the team with hands-on production work and are responsible for monitoring planning, progress, and quality.

In this role, you will lead and guide the production team on the shop floor. You keep an overview, monitor the planning, and ensure the quality of the prefab concrete elements. You actively participate in the production process and spot bottlenecks in the workflow. You act as a link between the production manager and the shop floor, always paying close attention to safety. You work full-time in 8-hour shifts, which usually start between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m., with the earliest shift starting at 5:00 a.m.

Proven work experience as a working foreman in a production or technical environment
Living in or near Alphen aan den Rijn
Able to commute to work independently
Able to speak Dutch and/or English
Able to read technical drawings or willing to learn
Strong focus on safety and quality

Salary between €3300 and €3700 gross per month, depending on experience
32 vacation days and 8% holiday pay
Shift bonus of 120% between 5:00-6:00 a.m. and 200% on weekends
150% overtime pay for weekday hours above 40 hours
Temporary travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer
