As a Line Operator, you will independently operate and control the production process within a modern plastic manufacturing company serving customers worldwide.
As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and processing raw materials according to recipes and production schedules
• Monitoring and adjusting the production process (temperature, pressure, dosage)
• Operating and setting up production installations
• Troubleshooting first-line technical issues
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards

You will work in two shifts (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00) with a 12.5% shift allowance. Breaks are fully paid.

We are looking for a Line Operator who:

• Has experience in a process or production environment (chemical or pharmaceutical industry, etc.)
• Can work independently according to recipes and instructions
• Has technical insight and problem-solving skills
• Speaks English fluently
• Lives in Vaassen or nearby
• Has or is willing to obtain a forklift certificate

• Salary between €2,550 and €3,100 gross per month
• Shift allowance of 12.5%
