As a Precast Concrete Carpenter, you will work for a modern manufacturer of precast concrete elements used in residential buildings, high-rise construction, and custom-made building projects. You will be responsible for building formwork and moulds that give concrete elements their exact shape before production. As a Precast Concrete Carpenter, you play a key role in ensuring that every concrete element meets the highest quality standards. As a Precast Concrete Carpenter, your tasks include:
- Building formwork and moulds for precast concrete elements
- Installing reinforcement, inserts, and embedded components
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Checking dimensions and ensuring quality standards
- Pouring and compacting concrete into moulds
- Maintaining safe working practices on the production floor
As a Precast Concrete Carpenter, you are responsible for the accurate assembly of concrete elements and for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will work full-time in 8-hour shifts, starting between 05:00 and 11:00, with most shifts beginning between 05:00 and 07:00.
