As a Green Maintenance Worker Rooftop Garden, you will maintain green roofs similar to traditional gardens but at a height.

As a Green Maintenance Worker, your main responsibility is clear and focused:
• Pruning plants to maintain a neat and aesthetic appearance
• Applying fertilizers to support plant health
• Replacing damaged or dead plants
• Inspecting and cleaning drainage systems
• Performing general maintenance as a green maintenance worker in a rooftop garden

You start every morning from the company location in Welsum. From there, you leave with your team in a company vehicle to a pre-scheduled location. Your workdays will be from Monday till Friday.

• Experience in landscaping
• Driving license and own transport
• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Basic English or Dutch language skills
• No fear of heights

• Salary between €2,552 and €3,000 gross per month (based on full-time employment and experience)
• Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
• Stable, long-term employment
• Training budget up to €2,500 (e.g., VCA certification)
